Hunt Valley-based Point Breeze Credit Union Monday donated a total of $65,000 to five Maryland-based charities as part of the organization’s annual charitable giving initiatives and ongoing commitment to supporting the local communities surrounding each of its five greater Baltimore office locations.
This year, local office managers from the credit union’s Bel Air, Hunt Valley, Owings Mills, Rosedale, and Westminster offices to select organizations that the company can directly contribute to causes that are important to the team.
Individual donations of $13,000 were made to the following local organizations:
Point Breeze Credit Union is one of Maryland’s largest credit unions, with more than 63,000 members and approximate assets of $914 million. It operates offices in Hunt Valley, Rosedale, Bel Air, Westminster and Owings Mills and has more than 5,600 shared branch locations and 30,000 ATMs nationwide.
