Bentayga Black Edition Is First Bentley with Black Logo in 105 Years
The Bentley Bentayga S Black Edition is a new appearance package for the ultimate luxury SUV.
As the name suggests, the package gives the Bentayga black details, which notably include the first black Bentley logo in 105 years.
In addition to the new badges, the Black Edition adds special exterior accent coloring and a restyled interior.

After 100 Years, the Black Badge Is Back
Sticking to Bentley tradition, the company will let you pick from just about every color under the sun for your exterior paint, but we'd stick to one of the many black options available. Not only do we think its body color should match its name, but we also want it to match its historic logo. The Bentayga Black Edition recalls the brand's earliest days with the inclusion of the Bentley logo finished in gloss black for the first time in 105 years.
After picking a main exterior color, it's on to choosing a color for the new accent stripe and matching brake calipers from one of seven options: Mandarin, Signal Yellow, Klein Blue, Pillar Box Red, Ice, Hyper Green, and Beluga. Pick your accent color wisely, because that same hue is matched for the interior of the Black Edition. Bentley lightly redesigned the Bentayga's interior for the Black Edition, with contrast stitching and piping in the leather. The interior also sports a new carbon-fiber weave on the dash, center console, and doors.
Like the standard Bentayga S model, the S Black Edition can be had with either a turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 paired with an electric motor or the heartier twin-turbo 5.2-liter V-8. As with the standard S, the Black Edition hybrid produces a combined 455 horsepower. The V-8 has a bit more oomph, generating 542 ponies to help spur the Bentayga to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds.
Bentley hasn't released pricing information for the Black Edition, but with the hybrid-equipped Bentayga S starting at $235,025 and the V-8 model starting at $243,025, we're sure it won't come cheap.
