SAPD: Speeding motorcyclist slams into car, killing him

Police believe the 21-year-old man was speeding at the time of the crash Thursday night.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police say a 21-year-old motorcyclist was speeding along Potranco Road when it crashed into a car, killing him. 

The motorcyclist was identified by the Bexar County medical examiner as Yonathan Pubillones. The 37-year-old driver of the car, which authorities said was turning into an apartment complex at the time of the collision, wasn't seriously hurt. 

Pubillones was deemed dead at the scene by first responders who arrived to the 8300 block of Potranco around 7:15 p.m.
