MADISON, Wis. -- A man was arrested for disorderly conduct while armed after grabbing a gun, after a vehicle stopped in front of him Friday morning on the Beltline. 

Police officials say, the incident occurred around 8:45 a.m. near the Whitney Way exit.Â
