Navneet Rana, BJPs candidate from Amravati seat, has adopted panchayat campaign model to ensure every individual is covered. At a meeting with her party workers in the constituency, she said, “Get into panchayat style campaign.” While Modi wave will help, we cannot become complacent, she warned workers. Rana, who had contested and won Amravati seat as an independent in 2019, had recently joined BJP.

Shewale goes to Ayodhya for Ram Navami, gets a holy gift

Lord Ram is an unmistakable character in the campaign of ruling alliance. And to grab as much attention as possible, Rahul Shewale, Shiden Sena candidate from Mumbai South Central, has gone to Ayodhya on the eve of Ram Navami. Shewale was gifted a special Bow and Arrow there and with the election symbol received as a holy gift. Shewale exuded confidence of winning the seat now.

Fadnavis to hold 125 rallies in state

Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will hold 125 election rallies across the state. The elections in state is in five phases from April 19 to May 20. In eastern Vidarbha region where polling for five constituencies is on April 19, Fadnavis already held 30 rallies. The BJP poll managers said, “ After PM Narendra Modi, Fadnavis rallies are in demand in Maharashtra.”
