(WJET/WFXP)– Pennsylvania State Police are investigating after a Crawford County resident was allegedly scammed out of thousands of dollars.
According to PSP Meadville, troopers were first made aware of the online dating scam back on Jan. 3.
Police said the victim lost $26,000 and did not say if the money was recovered.
