Don't miss the official tasting day on Wednesday, April 10, from 5pm to 8pm, at the Beer Bar of Time Out Market Montreal (one of the 6 bars in the Market). You'll have the opportunity to meet the brand ambassador during happy hour and benefit from their expertise while sipping on the latest creation from 4 Origines.

West By Sud-Ouest | IPA West Coast
With its classic American hops, this West Coast IPA showcases the biting bitterness and typical citrus aromas of the style.
Czech Lager | Original Series
Inspired by traditional Bohemian beers, it bursts with aromas of fresh grass and lemon, with a well-malted body and a dry, slightly bitter, and crispy finish.
Gose Down Easy | Gose
An exclusive version of our Gose Down Easy, this time with peach, passion fruit, and tangerine for an explosion of tropical flavors with a nice acidity and a small saline finish to refresh you even more!

Free beer and one of the best smash burgers in the city? The king of smash burgers, Chez Simon Cantine Urbaine, and its succulent dishes have arrived at the market. Don't miss Chez Simon's classic, a perfectly smashed 100-gram hamburger steak, capicollo, a touch of American cheddar, some crispy pickles, caramelized onions, Simon's signature sauce, all wrapped in Martin's soft potato buns.
