The wine and alcohol network celebrates Passover with countless bottles and joyful packages from around the world, emphasizing meticulous kosher certification, rightfully so.

For instance, the Italy and Provence package (NIS 159) includes a bottle of the Pale Rosé, a bottle of Produttori Di Manduria Electric Bee, and two wine glasses. The package from Provence with Love (NIS 169) features two bottles of De Paille and two wine glasses. An Israeli package of Cabernet Sauvignon adds a bottle of Nehalim Yehudia 2022 from Binyamina Winery, while an Israeli package of Merlot showcases ElAl 2022 from the esteemed label.

The large Israeli winery celebrates Passover with a large selection of categories and prices, and a few new table stars.

Asness Shiraz 2022 is a dry white wine based on Shiraz grapes from two unique vineyards in the Judean Hills and the Ella Valley, which fermented and aged in French oak barrels. It provides a bright golden color and delicate aromas of fruit and a refreshing acidic taste.

Asness Merlot 2019 is a dry red wine based on Merlot grapes from two unique vineyards in the Ella Valley and the Ephraim Mountains that aged in French oak barrels for 18 months and matured in the bottle for another eight months. The amber-red wine hints at plum and cranberry, providing a concentrated and balanced sip.

Inspire 2021 combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc grapes from the Shomron hills and Ayalon Valley. The blend is aged longer than a year in French oak barrels and emerges deep, fruity, and very rich.

You'll find here, among other things, Blanc de Blancs 2022 grapes grown in the Mitzpe Ramon area, offering a bright and golden color, floral aroma, and flavors of honeydew (NIS 59.90), a very delicate and balanced Rosé Barbera 2022 from the vineyard in Ramat Sirin (NIS 59.90), as well as a classic Cabernet Sauvignon, with a deep color and rich taste, which comes out after aging for 12 months in oak barrels and rewards with mild fruit flavors and a good finish. The wonderful Galilean winery celebrates Passover with a large and elaborate selection, and a special Recanati Yonatan package.

The package includes a pair of wines from the Recanati's Yonatan series - an elegant and fruity red from Syrah, Petit Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and a white from Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, with a refreshing floral aroma, right on time - and two fun wine glasses, footless. The Israeli winery celebrates Passover with a diverse wine menu and two special anchors.

Tarshish from the Stone Series is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vineyards in the Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee. After pressing and filtration, the wine underwent aging in French oak barrels for 16 months, and continued for another year in the winery's cellars. It carries a deep dark hue, prominent aromas of blackberries, cassis, mint, and vanilla, and rich flavors.

Perfume de Binyamina is a dry rosé wine made from Grenache (88%) and Barbera (12%) grapes from the Ramat Siren area. The wine, honoring the rich history of the winery and settlement, exhibits a clear and light pink color, a pleasant floral aroma, and delivers tangy-sweet flavors of red currant, wild strawberry, and red raspberry.

The northern winery celebrates Passover with an extensive and enticing collection, along with two special stars.

Gilgamesh 2020, named after the hero "Gilgamesh Chronicles," is a unique blend from three regions (Galilee, Judean Hills, and Carmel Slopes), five vineyards, and six varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Carignan, Argaman, Syrah, and Roussanne.

The result is a balanced and spicy red wine, reminiscent of Bordeaux and grown in the Mediterranean region. Price: NIS 120.

Dabouki 2023 leans on one of the ancient varieties in the Judean Hills and Etzion Bloc, delivering a fruity and refreshing wine with a light tropical aroma and a local aftertaste. Price: NIS 110.

The Israeli winery celebrates Passover with wide shelves and generous pours, with one standout star.

Hartland 2022 is a dry red blend (13.5% alcohol) of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot grapes harvested from the Barka Vineyard and aged for ten months in French oak barrels. It carries aromas of red fruits, vanilla, and cinnamon, offering a well-balanced, pleasant sip with a long finish. Price: NIS 95.

The major alcohol company from the IsraCo group enters Passover with an impressive catalog and three new additions - Chateau des Bertrands from France, and Vina Hermosa Seleccin from Spain, both kosher for the holiday, of course.

Chateau des Bertrands Blanc is a dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat grapes. It promises, and delivers, pronounced fruitiness of pears, white flowers, and lychee, serving excellently as a food-pairing or an aperitif, chilling the room, in a good sense. Price: NIS 55.

Chateau des Bertrands Rouge remains in the world of dry wines. It's made from Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for one year in barrels, emerging with flavors of black forest fruits, vanilla scents, and subtle oak. Price: NIS 54.

Vina Hermosa Seleccin is also a dry red, from the renowned Rioja Alta region. The wine is made from Tempranillo grapes grown in sustainable vineyards at 520 meters altitude, untouched by irrigation. It "matures and gains character" in American oak barrels, resulting in an aromatic, fruity, slightly sweet, and relatively light wine. Price: NIS 55.

The veteran Israeli winery celebrates a golden and dramatic Passover, with its Gold series wines, prominent Platinum edition, and a luxurious and boutique representative.

The Barkan Gold edition (NIS 39) relies on selected vineyards in the Upper Galilee, offering four bottles for the Seder table naturally.

Gold Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is made from grapes harvested in the Ben Zimra Vineyard and Alma Village. The wine is aged in oak barrels, resulting in a bright red color with a sweet aroma of fruits and peppers, a accessible character, and flavors of black plum and cherries.

Gold Merlot 2022 is made from grapes harvested from the Ein Zeitim vineyard. It is also aged in oak barrels, carrying aromas of forest fruits, vanilla, and oak, with a mild acidity and a fruity-chocolate finish.

Gold Rosé 2022 is based on Malbec grapes from the Alma Vineyard, providing aromas of strawberries and cherries, a subtle citrus touch, and balanced acidity.

Gold Gewürztraminer 2022 is made from grapes harvested in the Alma Village area, and left at a low temperature in closed stainless-steel tanks, just to preserve its sweet rose-fruity aroma.

Platinum Cabernet Sauvignon Barrel Select 2021 represents the special edition of the winery's barrels. It is based on grapes from the Alma, Dalton, and Yiftah vineyards, promising strength and richness of flavors, as well as "perfect harmony," as defined by Barkan. It's a deep red wine, with prominent fruitiness and spicy flavors, sweet aromas from those barrels, and a promise for immediate satisfaction but also for improvement under good aging conditions. Price: NIS 79.

Pinot Noir Bata 2021 is the representative of the winery's premium series, coming directly from the winery's cellarman, Ido Levinson. The wine is based on grapes grown in a unique vineyard in Beit Nekofa in the Judean Mountains and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. It comes out with deep cherry hues, a subtle aroma of prickly pear at the tip, and rich, complex flavors. Price: NIS 80.

The Israeli marketing company celebrates Passover with a wide collection, featuring notable highlights from the Golan Heights and Jerusalem.

Claude Surur 2023 (NIS 109) is a red wine from the winery in the Avnei Eitan settlement. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Syrah (30%), Merlot (25%), and Petit Verdot (5%), aged for 18 months in oak barrels and offering a rich sip.

L'Or Rosé 2023 (NIS 129) is the "red gold of the winery," a wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon (75%), Syrah (15%), and Merlot (10%), with European-style characteristics of elegance and restraint.

L'Or Rosé 2023 (NIS 109) combines Grenache (80%) and Syrah (20%) grapes, providing a refreshing Mediterranean French blend, perfect as an aperitif.

Rosé Limited Edition 2023 (NIS 84.90) is the representative of Jerusalem Winery for the holiday. It's made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Judean Mountains area, carrying a fresh body, delicate acidity, and plenty of local fruity aromas.

The popular series from the Italian winery arrives in Israel with a carefully crafted kosher version of Zinfandel.

This Italian red wine takes inspiration from similar blends from the United States. It is harvested from mature vines and half of it matures for 12 months in American oak barrels. The result is a highly concentrated wine, with aromas of cherries, raspberries, vanilla, and coconut, a rich character, and great elegance. Price: NIS 60.

The wine and alcohol importer celebrates Passover with many excellent pouring options, along with three outstanding bottles.

Lovatelli Barbera D'Asti is a dry red wine from the Piedmont region in Italy. It offers a deep color, prominent aromas of plum and cherry, and delicate flavors of forest fruits, perfect for meat dishes. Price: NIS 105.

Lovatelli Nebbiolo D'Alba is a dry red wine from the same region. It's made from Nebbiolo grapes, grown in calcareous soils, and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine presents a rich color, an intense nose of red fruits, and a balanced flavor of berries, spices, and tobacco. Price: NIS 139.

Lovatelli Moscato D'Asti is a sweet white wine from the same area. It has a delicate aroma of white flowers and sage, a sweet taste of white fruits, and a fine, persistent bubble. Price: NIS 69.

The veteran Israeli winery, is celebrating Passover with new vintages, popular series, and two standout and worthwhile table anchors.

The Selected Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 (NIS 35) is a dry red wine aged for 3-6 months in stainless steel barrels, carrying fruity flavors and a refreshing sensation.

The Private Collection Rosé 2023 (NIS 45) is a dry rosé wine aged for three months in stainless steel barrels, characterized by a delicate pink hue and flavors of raspberries and strawberries.

The NOAH, from Tempo's Masterpiece team, is produced at the KawarDistillery in the north, resting on natural spring water and infused with grape must, anise seeds, and only natural ingredients, without added color or flavorings.

The package includes a bottle of NOAH, either in its classic version or in the lemony twist, two glasses, and two Spicehouse cocktails that utilize the beverage itself - "Pink Sensations" with pears and verbena, and "Spring Blossoms" with elderberry juice and hibiscus. A captivating story about the Cohen family and Grandma Sa'ada, begins in Morocco, passes through Yeruham, and continues to this day, with a family recipe for an excellent Ark that is also emerging from the local distillery in the southern city.

The brand offers three versions - a classic one poured neat, on ice, or mixed with any citrus juice (37.5% alcohol), "Lemon Master" that combines the Ark with Israeli lemon of course, for a fun drink that only requires ice and perhaps mint (16% alcohol), and also "Ark Exous", a licorice root liqueur manually inserted into each bottle, rewarding with a rich and sweet taste (37.5% alcohol).
