Arkansas State football announces 2024 home game kickoff times

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) - There’s another piece in the puzzle that is in the 2024 Arkansas State football schedule.

The Red Wolves announced kickoff times for their six home games. The August 31st season opener vs. UCA will start at 6:00pm along with their September 7th matchup vs. Tulsa. Homecoming is set for October 26th, the Red Wolves face Troy at 6:00pm.

A-State will continue their trend of afternoon games in November. 2:00pm kickoffs are scheduled for November 23rd (ULM) and November 30th (Old Dominion).

Paint the Stadium Red, held in conjunction with the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce’s annual Paint the Town Red Week, and Band Day will both be held as part of A-State’s Sept. 7 game versus Tulsa. The Sound of the Natural State will be joined by hundreds of high school band members from across the region for the game as well.

The Red Wolves will celebrate the important role agriculture plays in the lives of all Arkansans as part of its Ag Day on Oct. 5, when they will face South Alabama.

Closing out its regular season the following month with back-to-back home games, A-State will hold its Heroes Day as part of its match-up with ULM on Nov. 23. It’s Senior Day and Fan Appreciation Day festivities will take place the next Saturday, Nov. 30, when the Red Wolves host Old Dominion in their regular-season finale.
