Stephen Hawking

    Stephen Hawking was an English theoretical physicist and cosmologist. He is most known for his work on singularities and black holes. Hawking was diagnosed with ALS at 21 years old. After losing the use of his muscles and becoming paralyzed, Hawking spent much of his life in an electric wheelchair. His life story is depicted in the 2014 film The Theory of Everything.
