The crash happened around 3 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the Kilpatrick Turnpike near Northwest 10th Street, causing a headache for early morning drivers. While crews got the semi-trailer off the turnpike, getting it upright will take much longer because they have to unload thousands of pounds of water bottles and laundry detergent.
Crews at the scene told KOCO 5 that it will take hours to get everything unloaded, and the truck won’t be cleared probably until Tuesday evening.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials said no one was hurt, and troopers are investigating what caused the crash.
