Third Eye Blind frontman Stephan Jenkins lists his San Francisco home for $3.6M

It’s a semi-charmed kind of buy.

Rock band Third Eye Blind’s frontman, Stephan Jenkins, has put his stunning San Francisco home on the market for a cool $3.6 million, according to its listing brokerage.

Needless to say, the home certainly rocks.

Jenkins, 59 — famous for anthemic ’90s hits, such as “How’s It Going To Be” — snagged the residence in 2013 for a modest $2.35 million, according to records. Records also indicate that he cleared the entire mortgage slate in 2022.

This 19th-century gem boasts four bedrooms, three baths and spans 2,300 square feet.

Standing on Liberty Street, the impeccable Italianate Victorian facade sets the stage for the beauty within. Meticulously restored, the interior blends old-world craftsmanship with contemporary amenities, the listing notes.

The home features a Bulthaup kitchen, fitted with top-of-the-line Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances. Fully retractable doors lead to a sunny ipe deck and spa, offering a private retreat.
