WEST MIDDLESEX — Ethen Knox, Keegan Kirkwood and Sayyid Donald each claimed an event to lead the Oil City boys and girls track and field teams on Saturday at the Big Red Invitational.
Knox finished first in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.60, Kirkwood outlasted the field to capture the 800 run with a time of 2:09.58 while Donald topped the field in the triple jump after a leap of 39-10.50.
Bryson Watson was one of four Franklin boys track and field athletes to win an event, setting a school record in the process, as the Knights claimed the team title of their own invitational on Saturday.
