TELLY legend Jane McDonald will not be returning to host Loose Women in the future.
The 60-year-old appeared on the ITV lunchtime programme for ten years before leaving in 2014 – but was tipped to return this year for the 25th anniversary special.
A source had told Bella magazine: “Bosses want to go all-out with the celebrations, including bringing back some Loose Women legends. And top of the list is Jane McDonald.
"For many, she is the ultimate Loose Woman and they will do anything to make sure she's involved,
But Jane’s rep shut down the claims, telling Entertainment Daily: "There are no discussions taking place with regards to Jane returning to Loose Women whatsoever.
"She always thoroughly enjoys going back as a guest and catching up with the ladies but there's no plans to go back as a panellist."

The Cruising with Jane McDonald star previously teased that she could return to the panel one day.
Not long after she stepped back from the show, Jane told The Sun: “It’s easy to keep doing something safe, but I’m a singer and I realised a lot of people didn’t even know that.
"That’s when I thought: ‘I need to get back into doing that, and creating and writing.’
"When you see the reaction of an audience when you’ve written a song that really touches them, that’s on a different scale.
