I want to be mates with the cool mums but I’m a chav… people weren’t nice to me at the school gates, says Katherine Ryan
Katherine recently revealed that having kids "ruined my life".
KATHERINE RYAN has revealed that she wants to be like the cool mums, adding that people were not nice to her at the school gates.
The Canadian comedian shared that her son Fred, 2 was recently invited to a friend's birthday party.

She said that the party was "banging" and the kind of party that she would like to be invited to herself.
Speaking on the most recent episode of her podcast, Telling Everybody Everything, Katherine said that the party was "populated with these really cool, beautiful mums from the school".
The mum of three said that she is really excited to be in the "social throes" of school again, as her two youngest, Fred and Fenna, 1, reach school age.
Katherine said that when her oldest, Violet, 14, was at primary school, the other mums at the school gate "weren't always that nice to me".
However, at Fred's nursery, she never gets to interact with the other mums because they only allow one child in at a time, and he only attends two days a week.
She said: "But these birthday parties are a great way to break the ice and get to know the other mums.
"They're all so stunning, they're all so nice".
Katherine said that all of the mums in her neighbourhood are Greek, and their kids "look like Kardashians".

She then described herself as a "chav" and said that she wants to dress her kids in big princess dresses "and get them limousines for their birthdays".
Katherine said that the mum who's birthday party Fred went to had the exact same idea for her child's party.

"She was right up my street", the The Duchess star said.
Katherine said the mum had a whole wedding cake for the kids, an ice cream truck and even a girl dressed as Rapunzel performing a show for the children.
"It was a great party, and I just can't wait until Fenna's at the school".
Katherine shares Fred and Fenna with husband Bobby Kustra, who she entered into a civil partnership with in 2016.
Her daughter Violet, is from a previous relationship.
In a recent interview, Katherine said that having children ruined her life.
Speaking to Women Magazine, she revealed: "My children have enriched my life, they’re such a blessing and I would never trade them for anything.
"I would be lying if I said they didn’t ruin the life I had before. But I rebuilt a better one and that’s fine.
