FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Ahead of Monday’s total solar eclipse, Krispy Kreme has released a limited edition doughnut, according to a news release.

“Eclipses are rare and so is our out-of-this-world Total Solar Eclipse Doughnut. Even if you can’t be in the path of totality you can get in the path of these treats, which you will eat in totality. Stop by and get some for you and some to share so you can flex your science side and great taste at the same time,” Krispy Kreme Global Chief Brand Officer Dave Skena said in the release.

The doughnut will only be available through Monday, according to the release, and can be ordered individually or as a specialty dozen featuring six Total Solar Eclipse doughnuts and six Original Glazed doughnuts.

Krispy Kreme’s limited edition doughnut is just one of the many special edition eclipse deals taking place. That includes a special edition slush float, which comes with eclipse glasses, at SONIC Drive-In locations; solar eclipse margaritas at Applebee’s; and free Burger King Whoppers for Royal Perks members.
