The Baker School Board is scheduled to approve a 2-year contract with teachers on April 16, 2024.

BAKER CITY — One year after the Baker School Board gave many teachers an unprecedented pay raise, the board has approved a two-year contract with much more modest increases.

During its meeting Tuesday, April 16, the board approved the labor deal, which continues through June 30, 2026, and includes 1% salary increases for each year for teachers and other certified employees.
