To be sent to the authority that registered the Civil partnerships: mayor (civil registration officer), notary or embassy (or consulate of France).

To be sent by registered letter with notice of receipt.

Please note

for Civil partnerships registered by a Magistrate's Court before 1er in november 2017, the declaration is to be sent to the city hall in whose territory the court of instance that registered the Civil partnerships is located.
