Meryl Streep and Martin Short attended a Broadway show together in New York City on Saturday night.
Amid romance rumors, the Only Murders in the Building co-stars went to check out Merrily We Roll Along together at the Hudson Theatre, as seen in snaps shared by the theater cast.
Their outing comes after it was reported that close friends of Streep, 74, and Short, 73, believe they have a 'friends with benefits' arrangement.
However, the co-stars have denied dating rumors multiple times and repeatedly insisted they are 'just very good' friends.
One of the stars in the Broadway show, Corey Mach, shared an Instagram post of Streep and Short spending time with and taking snaps with the cast.

His co-star Krystal Joy Brown also shared a photo of her meeting Streep and Short backstage.
She gushed about her experience meeting the two 'legends' and the kind words they shared with her.
'Meryl & Martin Short?!?! I am absolutely floored,' she wrote over a photo of her posing with the alleged couple.
'I performed for these two legends and they were so kind & effusive about our show and said some kind words to me I will NEVER forget.'
At one point, Streep and Short were seen interacting with the cast and crew off of the stage as seen in a clip posted by Brown.
Everyone looked to be in high spirits as they shared big laughs and smiles at their surprise guests.

Streep and Short's outing comes amid months of fan speculation that they have been dating ever since they were spotted putting on a cozy display at award shows.
They have repeatedly denied the claims with Short insisting that they are 'good friends, nothing more'.
The rumors emerged after it was revealed late last year that The Devil Wears Prada star and her longtime husband Don Gummer had separated.
Back in October 2023, it was revealed that the pair are now estranged and had quietly separated over six years ago after 45 years of marriage.
As for Short, he was previously married to Nancy Dolman until the actress tragically passed away at the age of 58 in 2010 after a battle with ovarian cancer.
Short and Streep recently returned to filming with co-stars Steve Martin and Selena Gomez as they kicked off production for season four of the hit Hulu series earlier this month. A release date has not yet been announced.
