TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A suspect and the vehicle have been located after striking a female on a bike on Friday night in Topeka, authorities said.

The Topeka Police Department confirmed a driver of a vehicle fled the scene after hitting a woman on a bike. The driver was found shortly after they left the scene.

The crash occurred near SE 21st and Hudson Blvd around 10:05 p.m., leaving the woman injured with non-life-threatening injuries. The woman was later transported to a Topeka hospital.
