MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA/Gray News) - An Amber Alert issued Tuesday for two Alabama siblings who were reported missing was canceled after they were found safe.

Montgomery Police say 5-year-old Kaiden Perryman and his 13-year-old sister, Janayizha Qynterrica Gunn, were found uninjured in Selma. The Amber Alert issued for them was canceled shortly before midnight ET.

When the alert was issued, investigators said they believed Janayizha abducted her brother and drove off in a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. The car was found in Selma hours before the children were found.
