This legendary ‘Dungeons & Dragons’ sneaker launch from Converse is about to drop: How to go forth and grab them before they’re gone

Converse is celebrating the 50th anniversary of ‘Dungeons & Dragons’ with a thematic, limited-edition collection of Chuck Taylors that can be described in just one word: fire.

The official Converse x Dungeons & Dragons launch kicks off on April 11 at 10 a.m. ET, at which time four unisex high tops, a little kids and toddler shoe and five custom “High Top by You” designs will available to shop at Converse.com, starting from $55.

According to the brand, the selection of Chuck Taylor All Star and Chuck 70s — both leather and canvas — gets into character for the world’s greatest role-playing game with “retro artwork from D&D sourcebooks, including monsters, evil wizards, and, of course, dragons.”

There are also recognizable emblems of the franchise featured throughout each silhouette, like a D20-inspired top eyelet, a Dungeons & Dragons license plate logo on the left foot and a D&D sockliner graphic with a 50th anniversary callout.

Along with the shoes, Converse will also be rolling out some apparel and accessories to complete every gamer’s head-to-toe look. You can find crewnecks, crystal ball tees, shorts and more, starting from $35.

Everything in the Converse x Dungeons & Dragons collection can be shopped at Converse.com, but you can also shop the four unisex high top designs when they’re available at Journeys.com.
