POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A 48-year-old woman who was reported missing from Pompano Beach was pronounced dead at a hospital, investigators say.
The Broward Sheriff's Office said a missing person alert was issued for Kendra Howells on Thursday after deputies were notified that Howells hadn't been seen since March 28 on Oaks Way.
Unfortunately, since issuing the alert, the BSO detectives received information that Howells died on March 29 at a nearby hospital.
