LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- From science fiction and super heroes to wrestling and anime, pop culture fans had a place to go in Louisville on Saturday.
LouisvilleCon was hosted at Triple Crown Pavilion on Plantside Drive in Jeffersontown. The annual event had comic books, movies, anime, cosplay and video games.
The show had something to satisfy every fandom. There were super heroes, wrestling, sports cards, toys and more.
More than 100 exhibitors were set up with vendors selling artwork, accessories and apparel.
"Along with the comic books, the anime has become really, really popular and the cosplay's become really popular so you kind of get just drawn into and once you get the feel for comic books you just want to do this all the time," said David Hess, LouisvilleCon organizer.
There was also a meet and greet with voice actors, animators and characters from the world of comics.Â
