JUROR QUESTIONNAIRE Each juror who is seated in the jury box will be asked to answer the following 42 questions, beginning with the juror in seat number 1. Please do not read the questions aloud, that is not necessary. Simply state the number of the question and answer each question, one after the other, in a loud clear voice. Depending on your answer, we may ask you follow-up questions.
