The Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery will be open longer hours during the spring and summer allowing families to spend more time with their loved ones, according to a release from the Texas Land Commissioner and Veterans Land Board Chairwoman Dawn Buckingham.
The Killeen cemetery, located at 11463 Fort Hood St., will be open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day until Sept. 30.
