Harrisburg man was drunk, high during central Pa. crash that killed driver: court docs

A Harrisburg man was speeding and under the influence of alcohol and multiple drugs when he caused a 2023 crash that killed another driver in York County, police said in court documents filed last week.

Travis J. Fults, 34, was charged on April 2 with vehicular homicide while DUI in connection to a Jan. 16, 2023, crash that killed Larry L. Cook, 69, in Washington Township.

An affidavit of probable cause filed by Pennsylvania State Police gave the following account:
