The "Last Night" singer was subsequently charged and arrested with three counts of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, facing a $15,250 bail, according to court records obtained by PEOPLE. A legal expert recently told PEOPLE the musician's felony charges could each carry one to two years in prison plus probation, though the chances of him receiving a maximum sentence and consecutively serving each one are "very remote." The insider added that most patrons and staff members weren't immediately aware of what happened. "Morgan is generally a nice, fun person to hang out with, but when he gets going he doesn't know when to stop," a source told PEOPLE. "Morgan and alcohol is a problem and it's been a problem that keeps coming back around." His arrest came days after he kicked off the 2024 leg of his One Night at a Time World Tour in Indianapolis, Indiana, which continues through August.
