MSU Extension Head Start temporarily closing

Head

The MSU Extension Head Start located at Gaston Point in Gulfport will be closing temporarily due to the severe weather on April 10.

Staff at the location checked on the facility and found several rooms flooded.

The damage is minor and Restoration 1 was on site to remove all water and provide a mold/mildew preventative.

According to Publications Manager Sarah Moody, it will take about two days to clean and complete the preventative measure.

Children can be expected to return either Monday, April 15 or Tuesday, April 16.
