Cherry Hill driver, Absecon man involved in fatal Vineland crash

VINELAND - A South Jersey man was killed in a crash here Friday morning. 

Billy Hyslip was driving in the 200 block of Park Avenue shortly before 7 a.m. Friday when his car crossed the center line and hit an oncoming motorist, Vineland police said.

Hyslip, 51, of Absecon was taken to Inspira Medical Center Vineland where he later died.

It was not clear if the other driver, a 32-year-old Cherry Hill man, was injured in the crash. Police have not said why Hyslip’s car entered the opposing lane. 

No charges have been filed.
