The That 70s Show alum, 46, wore a navy blue Chicago Bears polo shirt with black shorts, a tan ball cap and black shoes.
He carried a piece of paper as he appeared to be leaving a shipping store.
The new sighting of the Two and a Half Men star comes as he has distanced himself from Sean 'Diddy' Combs, who has been a close friend of his for decades.
Diddy is in hot water after his homes were raided by federal agents. The raid was reportedly connected to allegations of sex-trafficking and sexual assault and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms.
Ashton's friendship with Diddy may cause him some legal problems.
'He is expecting a subpoena as they have been good friends for 20 years,' a source told DailyMail.com exclusively.

Diddy's Miami and Los Angeles mansions were raided by federal Homeland Security Investigations agents last month, while his alleged associate, Brendan Paul, 25, who was accused of being his 'drug mule,' was arrested by police.
The Associated Press reported that the searches are believed to be part of an investigation into sex trafficking allegations made against the rapper.
During a 2019 episode of Hot Ones that recently resurfaced, Ashton was asked about the parties at Combs' house by host Sean Evans.
'I’ve got a lot I can’t tell,' he said, pausing for a moment before adding: 'I can’t tell that one either.'
Diddy, 54, and Ashton have been friends for decades and appeared together on The Late Late Show with James Corden in 2018 where the It's All About the Benjamins rapper gushed about their bond.
'I was doing Making the Band on MTV, he was doing Punk’d and I gave him a call one day and said, "I heard that you are going to punk me and I just don’t think that’s a good idea,"' Diddy told Corden.
Kutcher interrupted Combs, saying: 'I’m pretty sure that’s not the way you said it, "I don’t think that’s a good idea," is that what you said?' and the two men laughed.
And after facing backlash for the support of convicted rapist Danny Masterson, 48, Ashton's wife Mila Kunis, 40, has reportedly banned him from talking to Diddy or offering any public support of the embattled rapper.

In their letters, obtained by DailyMail.com, both Ashton and Mila spoke highly of Danny, claiming he always 'treated people with decency, equality, and generosity.'
'There is no way in hell Ashton or Mila will be showing any sort of public support for Diddy right now,' the source told DaiyMail.com exclusively.
'Regardless of Ashton's long history with him, he has distanced himself from Diddy since Cassie's lawsuit, and even more so in the wake of the new ones.
'Mila will not let Ashton be in any sort of contact. He is expecting a subpoena as they have been good friends for 20 years.'
