TOWN AND COUNTRY — Mission Taco Joint opened a new restaurant here Monday, at 1000 Woods Mill Plaza in the Clayton Village Shopping Center. It is the brand’s eighth location.
The new space is 7,500 square feet, including a main dining room and bar. It seats about 160, plus 72 in a private event space.
The restaurant has a "West coast" style, colorful walls and modern furniture. It also features a new mural by local spray paint artist David Csaszar.
“We’re pumped to continue growing in the city we love,” Mission Taco Joint co-owner and CEO Adam Tilford said in a statement. “We’ve been looking for a location in West County for awhile and have always loved this area in Town and Country. There are a ton of local restaurants and a mix of singles and families living there, so we’re excited to offer a new place for everyone to chill and hang out over good food and drinks.”
