TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) -- A man is on a mission to make a difference, and he is doing it one step at a time.

He is walking across America, through 10 states. Mississippi is the fourth on his list.

Ranger Kielack’s Walk Across America started in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in March and is expected to end at Pismo Beach, California in August.

His goal is to raise $100,000 for three nonprofit organizations near and dear to his heart: National Future Farmers of America, Bigger than the Trail, and the Hospice Promise.
