A woman has been left feeling sick to her stomach after catching her mum sitting on top of her husband while unbuttoning her T-shirt. Seeking advice on social media, she shared how she has been married to her husband for five years - and thought their relationship was solid.
However, it turns out, he has been secretly sleeping with her mother on the side. Taking to Reddit, the mum-of-two said: "My husband and I have been married for five years and we have two children together. Recently, the mother moved in with us as she couldn’t afford rent anymore. I was happy to help her out as she had helped me out my whole life.
"My husband and I have full-time jobs so it’s nice to not have to pay for daycare and have an in-the-house nanny. Now on to the problem. Yesterday I had to work extra hours so I decided to pick up dinner. As I walked in I heard my mum's voice float down from my bedroom. I walked up and saw my mum sitting on top of my husband, unbuttoning her shirt."

She says her husband looked "very uncomfortable" - and was struggling to get her mum off his lap as she is a "few pounds overweight". She added: "I dropped the food I was holding, alerting both of them I was there. I screamed at her telling her to get out. She pleaded with me saying she had nowhere to go. I screamed at her again to get out and she got up and ran.
"Later I texted her saying she better pick up her stuff tomorrow and I never want to see her face again. My husband swears he didn’t do anything but I just don’t know what to believe anymore. Later, when her mum next came over to her house, she questioned her about the situation - and was disgusted to learn they've done a "variety of sexual things" together.
She provided messages between them where my husband told her when I would be gone. I ran downstairs where my husband was helping carry this out to my mum's car and blew up at him. I demanded him leave at once and I was filing for divorce. His face stayed blank as I yelled at him. He then grabbed my mum and they drove away. The two people I loved most betrayed me in the worst way possible and I don’t know what to do.
Offering their advice, one user said: "I’m so sorry! I don’t even know what to say. I’m absolutely heartbroken for you." Another user added: "This is absolutely sick. I’d ghost them all, but that’s just me."
