One person died and firefighters rescued five cats from a house fire in Lincoln on Tuesday morning.Crews responded around 8:30 a.m. after a home health worker called 911 and reported flames blocking the doorway to the residence, authorities said.Firefighters found the home filled with smoke and extinguished a small fire quickly, investigators said.Authorities said that crews found one person dead inside the home.Lincoln Fire & Rescue saved five cats from the home and used pet resuscitation masks on each to provide oxygen to them.
