TROOPERS ARREST A UTAH MAN AFTER FINDING NEARLY. 5 POUNDS OF SUSPECTED FENTANYL PILLS DURING A TRAFFIC STOP. THIS WAS NEAR NORTH PLATTE ON SUNDAY. TROOPERS STOPPED A 38 YEAR OLD TYRONE CASH FOR DRIVING WITHOUT HIS LIGHTS ON. TROOPERS BECAME SUSPICIOUS AND THEN THEY SEARCHED THE CAR. Nebraska state troopers arrested a Utah man after finding almost five pounds of suspected fentanyl pills during a traffic stop.On April 7 around 11 p.m., a trooper stopped a Kia SUV that was driving without headlights or taillights on near North Platte. The trooper grew suspicious during the stop, and a search of the vehicle yielded bags with thousands of pills, suspected to be fentanyl.The trooper also found a handgun inside the vehicle. Tyrone Cash, 38, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.He was charged in Lincoln County Court and is currently in jail on a $250,000 bond. Nebraska state troopers arrested a Utah man after finding almost five pounds of suspected fentanyl pills during a traffic stop.

The trooper grew suspicious during the stop, and a search of the vehicle yielded bags with thousands of pills, suspected to be fentanyl.
