An approaching system will kick up a few extra clouds bringing partly to mostly cloudy skies with an isolated shower possible for your eclipse viewing Monday in South Carolina. The farther south in the Upstate you live, the better chances you have of clear skies.Greenville should have partly cloudy skies offering many a good shot at seeing the eclipse. Skies look even better heading south. North of Greenville is where we find the extra clouds but still some may be able to view through “holes in the clouds.” Chances decrease heading into the mountains with better cloud coverage expected. Scattered showers start early tomorrow morning and will continue off and on throughout the day.
