Vanguard’s general counsel of almost eight years, Anne Robinson, is joining IBM as senior vice president and chief legal officer.
Effective July 1, Robinson will take over for Michelle Browdy, 59, who is retiring after 17 years with the Armonk, New York-based company. She’s been general counsel for the last decade.
