Den Network appoints Omesh Uppal as CEO

Delhi: In a regulatory filing, Den Network revealed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting approved the appointment of Omesh Uppal as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company with effect from April 16, 2024.

Uppal, aged 49 years, is a media professional with experience of over 27 years across Broadcast Media and Digital Entertainment and Fast-moving Consumer Goods sectors. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Apeejay School of Marketing and has completed B.Sc. (Honours) from Delhi University. He has worked with IndiaCast Media Distribution, Nestle India, and various television channels such as Sony, Discovery, ESPN Star Sports.
