NIC Spring 2024 Fine Art Show now on display

North Idaho College's Aspiring Artists Club and Photography Club collaborated to bring their Spring 2024 Fine Art Show to the NIC Student Union Building through May 3.
Student artists were invited to submit artwork in all mediums. The show features photography, oil painting, digital art, drawing, ceramics and sculpture. Representatives from the Art Spirit Gallery, Emerge, Magpie and artist Stephen Shortridge will preside as jurors.
Awards will be announced during the artist’s reception from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the Half Round Bay room in the Student Union Building, 495 N. College Drive, Coeur d'Alene. Shortridge will deliver a few words to the audience related to his experience as an artist and the business of art.
The show and artist’s reception are open to the public. Much of the artwork exhibited is for sale.
