Route 170 closed in Wayne County, detour in place

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, WAYNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced Monday that a major road in Wayne County is closed.

According to PennDOT, Route 170 between Burns Road and Townhill Road in Clinton Township, Wayne County is closed due to a bridge replacement project.

PennDOT says a local detour is in place and the estimated date of reopening is summer 2025.
