Manchester City are unbeaten in their last 41 games at the Etihad Stadium, winning 35 of them, and got the better of Real Madrid 4-0 when the Spanish behemoths visited in last season's Champions League semi final second leg after a draw at the Bernabeu.
Only Harry Kane and Kylian Mbappe have scored more goals across the top five leagues in all competitions than Erling Haaland, who bagged his 31st goals of the season on the weekend to help shoot Manchester City to the top of the Premier League.
Only one La Liga player has scored more goals in all competitions than Real Madrid's Jude Bellingham, who tops the goal scoring charts for the league leaders with 20 goals to his name in his debut campaign for Los Blancos.
