Neighbourhood to get 107 new homes and £1.32million investment in sports facilities

Bellway has begun construction work on a new development that will bring 107 homes to Raynes Park.

The housebuilder is delivering 63 homes for private sale and 44 low-cost homes for residents in the Wimbledon neighbourhood.

In addition, several play areas will be added, including a tennis court, a games area and a further £1.32million investment in sports facilities.

Daniel Williamson, sales director for Bellway South London, said: “This development will bring a collection of high-quality homes to the area in a variety of styles and sizes that will meet the needs of first-time buyers, growing families.”

“We hope to start welcoming new residents into their completed homes from summer 2025.”
