PORT ARTHUR — A stabbing that took place early Tuesday morning is just the one of many violent crimes that have taken place at Prince Hall Apartments in Port Arthur.
According to Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso, there have been more than 100 calls for service there since the beginning of the year.
One resident says gunshots are common and prays every time she leaves her apartment.
Port Arthur City Councilman Willie "Bae" Lewis believes that limiting the number of entrances and exits to the complex is a step in the right direction.
