Carson Wentz is signing a one-year deal with the Kansas City Chiefs, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Monday.
Wentz, the No. 2 overall pick by the Eagles in 2016, will join his fifth team in five seasons to back up two-time NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes.
