Jamal Murray's Current Status For Nuggets-Spurs Game

On Friday evening, the Denver Nuggets will be in Texas to play the San Antonio Spurs.

For the game, Jamal Murray is on the injury report, but the 2023 NBA Champion is listed as probable, so he should be available.

Via Harrison Wind of DNVR Sports on Thursday: "Nuggets injury news: Denver’s entire starting five — Nikola Jokic (hip), Jamal Murray (knee), Aaron Gordon (foot), Michael Porter Jr. (left quad contusion), Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (right shoulder strain) — is listed as probable and expected to play tomorrow at Spurs."

Murray is averaging 20.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, 6.6 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 47.9% from the field and 42.4% from the three-point range in 57 games.

The Nuggets are the first seed in the Western Conference with a 56-24 record in 80 games.

They have gone 7-3 over their last ten games and are also in the middle of a three-game winning streak.

Following their matchup with the Spurs, the Nuggets will play their next game on Sunday afternoon when they travel to Memphis to play the Grizzlies.

As for the Spurs, they have had a tough season and are the 15th seed in the Western Conference with a 20-60 record in 80 games.

They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Oklahoma City Thunder by a score of 127-89.
