El Dorado man killed during police chase

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - A 43-year-old El Dorado man was killed Monday night as he was being chased by law enforcement.
Kansas Highway Patrol crash logs indicate Ignacio Morales was being pursued by a Butler County unit when his motorcycle struck the rear corner of a second vehicle not involved in the pursuit. Morales was killed at the scene.
The crash happened at around 9:30 p.m. on Towanda Avenue and Haverhill Road in El Dorado.
Morales was riding westbound on Towanda Avenue when he hit a vehicle driven by a 51-year-old Wichita woman, who was not injured.
