Love Is Blind's Trevor Sova is breaking his social media hiatus and addressing the major elephant in the room.

In a post shared to Instagram on Wednesday, April 17, the season 6 star opened up about how he's been faring since the bombshell confrontation about having a girlfriend while entering the pods at the reunion special.

"Well hello again Instagram 👋🏼," he began, thanking his friends and followers for the kind messages and support he's received behind the scenes. "There are days I’m alright and there are days I’m not ok at all."

Despite receiving comments from fans who believe they are owed an explanation, Trevor revealed that his mental health was "100x more important" than addressing the allegations and needed more time before acknowledging the drama.

The project manager thought back to the season 6 reunion and confessed that he didn't feel prepared going in and "wasn't even aware how unready I was until I had an actual panic attack at the reunion."

Trevor connected with costar Chelsea Blackwell in the pods, and was ready to propose to her but ultimately left the experiment single after she dumped him for Jimmy Presnell.

In March, Trevor became flustered at the reunion after co-hosts Vanessa and Nick Lachey confronted him about having "someone on the outside" while attempting to find his person on the reality dating experiment. Nick and Vanessa revealed text message exchanges he allegedly sent to his girlfriend where he admitted to being disingenuous on the show and promised to marry her.

"She was the typical girl I'd go for in real life," Trevor tried to explain during the reunion, while visibly upset. "I told her before [that] I want to go on this to try and experiment with something else. There's no justifying that — that sounds f---ing horrible what I just said."

"I did care about her... Her and I were so f---ing toxic," he said at the time. "I'm toxic as well, I admit that. I need a lot of therapy," he added. "I know I f---ing need to change. I don't know what you want me to say."

In his post, Trevor claimed that he agreed to appear in the special "before any information had been released."

"I knew allegations about me had been made the night before we filmed the reunion but I for some reason didn’t read the actual texts," he recalled. "When I saw them pull up on a screen I felt like I was in a nightmare only that nightmare was about to be viewed by 50 million people and I had 3 seconds to think of a response."

Despite the unfortunate circumstances, Trevor admitted that he was "wrong" and pointed out that he wanted to speak to "an actual therapist" instead of being filmed in front of an audience.

"Since then, I have been seeing a therapist and slowly acknowledging what I need to do to better myself," he continued and quipped, "Also, just because I said some untruthful things I want to clarify I do actually f--- with the Notebook. Who doesn’t love Ryan Gosling come on🤷🏻‍♂️."
