‘Patient-first service’: Green Bay ER & Hospital hosts ribbon cutting ceremony

BELLEVUE, Wis. (WFRV) – A new option for emergency care is now available in the Green Bay area, in the Green Bay ER & Hospital.

Local 5 was at the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new Green Bay ER & Hospital on Wednesday along Monroe Road in Bellevue.

Doctors say they like that this is a smaller operation because it allows them to use their passion to provide what they call, “patient-first service.” The facility is home to state-of-the-art technology paired with a ‘homey’ feeling.

“We really want to educate and take the time to show and make every patient that comes to this facility to feel like they’re being cared for by a friend or loved one. That’s the difference,” said Chief Medical Officer of Green Bay ER & Hospital Dr. Matthew Freeman. “So if you put your trust into my team and into this facility, I can promise you that you’ll feel the difference.”

The facility has more than 35 team members and is open 24-7.
