The American Red Cross is assisting after a mobile home fire displaced residents in Lebanon.
Firefighters responded to the 3800 block of Weirich Drive for a structure fire call at a mobile home park in the early morning hours of Friday, April 5, according to a news release from the Lebanon Fire District.

The first unit to arrive found heavy smoke coming from the roof area, the release states, and firefighters entered the home in an offensive fire attack mode.
Encountering heavy smoke, fire crews called for a positive pressure fan and horizontal ventilation to help clear the structure, according to the release, which states a quick search for occupants was performed as firefighters made their way to the seat of the blaze.
A fire official noticed flames from an exterior wall located near a wood burning stove inside the building, the release states. Additional personnel arriving at the scene reportedly extinguished the exterior fire while others worked on the inside.

Fire crews were at the location for around 2 ½ hours, overhauling, clearing smoke and investigating.
No life-threatening injuries were reported, but a firefighter was evaluated after sticking a nail into their hand, according to the release.
